REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, clean, and in original packaging

In resaleable condition (no marks, no odors)
Hygiene notice
Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Final Sale items
Items marked as Final Sale (or included in a Final Sale collection) are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
How to request a return
Please email hello@drystonehome.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

The reason for the return

Photos (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund processing
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the item is defective.
Refused returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (used items, damage after delivery, missing packaging, etc.).
