Delivery time

Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Customs & duties
If applicable, customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and email us within 7 days so we can assist.
