Our products are designed for normal household use. Product performance may vary depending on humidity, floor type, and usage conditions. Please follow all care instructions provided.

3. Pricing & payment
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

4. Order acceptance
Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational reasons. In such cases, a refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Final Sale & hygiene products
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, except for defective or incorrect items. For hygiene reasons, used or opened items are not returnable unless defective.

8. Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DryStoneHome shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, graphics, logos) is the property of DryStoneHome or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts at our registered place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
